Here is healthy green smoothie
for this we need carrot, green apple, cucumber, spinach, ginger, coriander and
lemon juice.
Carrots are rich in
vitamin A and are also rich in fibers. Carrot improves digestion and it strengthen
immune systems. Carrot keeps blood sugar levels in control.
Spinach prevents
diabetes and lowers high blood pressure. It also strengthens immune system and
fight diseases. Spinach is lower in calories and are high in nutrients it is
also high in antioxidants.
Cucumber is rich in
vitamin C and keeps hydrated always.
Coriander lowers cholesterol
therefore it is good for diabetes.
Green apple is very effective
medicine for diabetes, it is the main source of flavonoids. Green apple is rich
in vitamin C and regulates blood pressure. A green apple, if taken, empty
stomach helps to stabilize the blood sugar levels which is very important for diabetic
people. It is rich in potassium which keeps heart healthy
Gingers is a good
appetizer and have so many antioxidant properties.
Lemon juice is rich in
with a Vitamin C and is a great antioxidant also it stabilizes blood sugar levels.
Take the juicer put
green apple pieces in it, add cucumber
pieces, coriander, carrot ,spinach, ginger,
two tablespoons of lemon juice and some water. Blend them together to form a
juice after juice is ready pour the juice into the glass.
Take this juice along
with healthy salad it will lower the blood sugar levels tremendously.
