The use of salt is harmful in itching. Fruits and vegetables are beneficial. Fruits and vegetables increase the alkali content in the blood which is good for health. People suffering from itching should stop taking salt and increase the intake of fruits and vegetables in their raw and natural form without adding anything like spices etc. it will be beneficial.

Bananas: Grind banana pulp in lemon juice and apply on the parts affected with itch an ringworm or bald patches. It will be beneficial.

Lemon: Suck a lemon and mix lemon juice with coconut oil and massage skin with it. It will be beneficial in itching.

Myrrh: Boil two tsp of myrrh powder in two glasses of water and strain it and use this mixture to wash off the parts affected with itching or soak a piece of cloth in this mixture and wipe the area affected with itch, It will check the itching.

Jasmine Oil: Mix lemon juice and jasmine oil in equal quantity and massage the body with it. It will be useful in dry itch.

Mix camphor and jasmine oil together and do the body massage with it. It will provide relief from itching.

Coconut: Mix coconut oil with lemon juice and massage body with it. It will reduce the severity of itching.

Cumin Seeds: Boil cumin seeds in water and use it for washing yourself. It will provide relief from itching and nettle-rash.

Green Grass: Prepare a mixture of juice of green grass along with sesame oil and use it for massaging the body. It will check the issue of itching.

Mix 63 ml of juice of green grass in 250 ml of sesame oil, boil it, let it cool down, strain it and use for massaging the body for seven days. This will provide relief from all types of skin diseases.

Basil: Mix the juice of basil leaves with equal quantity of lemon juice and apply on the affected parts. It is usually effective in providing relief from itching.

Mix 250 grams each of the juice of basil leaves and coconut oil and heat in on low flame, when water content gets evaporated. Mix 12 grams of wax in hot oil and stir well. The ointment will be ready for use. It is highly beneficial in whelks and itching.

Aniseed: Grind aniseed and coriander seed in equal quantity. Mix one and half times clarified butter and double sugar with it. Take 30 grams of it every morning and evening, it will be beneficial in itching.

Alum Salt: In case of itching in the procreative organs, mix alum salt with hot water and wash the affected areas.

Tomato: Massage the body with a tsp of tomato juice mixed with 2 tsp of coconut oil. Take a hot bath afterwards. It will provide relief from itching.

Yam: Eating yam as vegetables provides relief from itching, take it for longer time.

Quinoa: Boil quinoa and squeeze out the juice and drink it regularly, also eat it as vegetables. Wash the skin which boiled quinoa water. Mix four parts of the juice of raw quinoa with one part of sesame oil, heat it till the water content has evaporated. Massage the skin with this oil.

Pointed Gourd: Eating pointed gourd as vegetable is beneficial in itching.

Green Gram Whole: Soak green gram whole in only as much water as can be absorbed by it. After two hours, grind it and apply it on the affected area, it will be beneficial.

Jaggery: A patient suffering from blood disorders should take jaggery instead of sugar in tea, milk, coffee etc., it will purify the blood and provide relief from itching.

Caraway Seeds: Grind caraway seeds in water and apply on the parts affected with itching. Boil caraway seeds in water and wash the affected parts with it.

Sugar: Those suffering from itching should not eat sugar or things made of sugar. They can instead eat sweet fruits. This will provide relief from itching.

Camphor: Mix 10 grams of camphor with 100 ml of coconut oil and apply it on the affected area, it is quiet beneficial. Mix the camphor in slightly warm water. Camphor makes the skin numb and thus provides quick relief from itching.
