Fenugreek Leaves
Fenugreek has been used in ancient times as food as well as medicine. It has light green leaves and yellow flowers and the seeds are brownish- yellow in color.

Dandruff: Fenugreek seeds are beneficial in removing dandruff, soak two tablespoon of fenugreek seeds overnight, next morning make the paste of soaked seed and apply the paste on the scalp for half hour after that wash your hairs with mild shampoo.

Mouth Ulcers: Fenugreek is helpful in curing mouth ulcers. An infusion of leaves should be used to gargle for repetitive ulcers.

Sore Throat: Gargle of fenugreek seeds is good for sore throat. Put two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in one liter of water and allowed to simmer for 30 – 40 minutes on low flame. Let it cool down to room temperature and use entire water for gargle.

Leucorrhoea: Spray of fenugreek tea is very effective in treating leucorrhoea.

Swellings: Paste made out of fenugreek leaves helps to cure swellings and it is also useful in burns due to their cooling properties.
