well-planned diet, regular workout and use moisturizers. Have a protein-rich
diet like milk, cheese, tofu, nuts, fish and beans are rich sources of collagen
and elastin.
Drink plenty of water as

at least 2 liters of water every day. Water keeps the skin hydrated which is a important
for skin tightening.
Focus on strength and
weight training exercises as these will help to build and tone the muscles and will give a shape to the skin.
