plan. The ADA recommends people with type 2 diabetes consume nutritious
high-fiber diet including 3 to 5 servings of vegetables a day. Fiber has many
health benefits including providing feeling of fullness in stomach, controlling
appetite and keeps the blood sugar in check.
Lemons are rich in
nutrients and have high levels of vitamin C, thiamin, calcium and phosphorus. Lemon is good for diabetics and has many other health benefits. It is good for

health.
Coriander reduces the glucose
levels in the blood, it also maintains the insulin activity. Coriander seed is
effective in controlling the insulin release from beta cell in pancreas, this
regulates the proper assimilation and absorption of sugar and results in drop of
sugar level in the blood.
Preparation: Take a
blender jar put spinach, cucumber pieces ,carrot pieces, apple pieces, coriander
and some ginger pieces along with some lemon juice. Now pour some water and
blend it well to form a juice and low-calorie juice is ready.
This juice along with a
healthy large salad will lower the blood sugar levels tremendously, by taking
this juice regularly blood sugar levels can be controlled.
