Crush 2.5 grams of
fenugreek seeds, then put the seeds into a cup and pour 9 ounces of boiling
water over them, stir well and let the fenugreek tea cool up to drinking
temperature.

medications prescribed for diabetes as well as some blood thinners. It is

To make fenugreek tea we
need 1 teaspoon full of fenugreek seeds, 1 cup of water, few tea leaves and 2 tsp
of honey.
Take a pan, add water
and allow it to boil then add crushed fenugreek seeds and allow it to boil for
another 5 minute. Cover it with a lid then filter this into your cup add honey
and mix well.
