Type-2 diabetes is a
problem that cause sugar levels to rise higher than normal it is also known as hyperglycemia.
Type-2 diabetes is the most common form of diabetes. If person has type 2
diabetes then the body does not use insulin properly. The symptoms of hyperglycemia

is overweight then it is more likely to develop type 2 diabetes. Eating healthy,
balanced diet and daily exercise will help to be keep weight under control.
Foods for type 2 diabetes are healthy carbohydrates that
can provide fiber they include vegetables, fruits, legumes and whole grains. Diabetic
person can eat healthy mono saturated and poly saturated fats that we get from
olive oil, peanut oil, almonds, pecans, walnuts and avocados .
Moderation is a key
while choosing dairy product choose low-fat option.
There are certain foods
that diabetic person should avoid our eliminate, like foods heavy in saturated
fats, foods heavy in trans fats, beef ,processed meat, shellfish, baked foods, sugary drinks, salty foods and fried foods. By
avoiding these foods diabetic person can reduce your sugar levels and can keep
type 2 diabetes in control.
