Method of preparation:  Put the cinnamon and vanilla in a pot with water and bring to boil, when it reaches its boiling point then reduce the heat and add the oats and let it boil for 5 minutes and remove it from heat. Make sure to cover and let it stay for 5 minutes, add honey and salt and stir well, after that pour the mixture into a bowl and add the chia seeds while it is still hot.
