juice of oranges. You will need one cup orange juice.

Lastly we will need half lemon.
The process of making this tea is first of all put one cup
freshly extracted orange juice in saucepan. Turn on the heat after that add
half cup of carrot juice .
Wash oranges properly then add one table spoon of orange
peel into the pan.
Orange peels are very effective to remove excess body fat
and bad toxins.

Boil it on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes, then turn off the
flame and add half a lemon in the pan.
