Flax Seeds: Supplements carrying vital fatty acids such as
flaxseed can help restore the cellular damage caused by a lifetime of high
sugar consumption. Combine 4 ounce of cottage cheese, with 1.5 ounce of
flaxseed oil and one ounce of milk into your blender add honey or fresh fruits for

Whole Foods: Whole foods
such as fruits, vegetables, grains, beans, nuts and seeds are rich in vitamins

since exercise may allow to cut down the insulin by 30 to 50 percent.
