Strawberry Juice: We need 1 cup soya milk, spinach, strawberries, yogurt, oats,
chia seeds.
Soy milk is high in
protein and it reduces diabetes, keeps glucose levels in control and milk nourishes the body and keeps it healthy.
Spinach prevents
diabetes, lowers high blood pressure, spinach strengthens immune system it fights
diseases, spinach is low in calories and high in nutrients and it is high in
antioxidants

Strawberries improves
immunity, supports nervous system. Strawberries are known as one of the super food
for their antioxidant and flavonoids that combat free radicals, strawberries
prevent heart diseases and controls blood pressure while keeps body hydrated.
Yogurt can reduce the
risk of diabetes, it lowers blood pressure, keeps blood sugar levels in control,
improves insulin sensitivity and reduces inflammation.
Oats are filled with nutrients
and minerals, lowers cholesterol, it is rich in insoluble fiber. Oats boost
energy levels as they rich in antioxidants and also balances pH levels in the
body and are full of fiber
Chia seeds they combat
diabetes, it is good for diabetes because of its ability to slow down digestion,
it is rich in fiber. Chia seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and they regulate
blood sugar levels
How to prepare the
juice: First sow chia seeds in water for 2 hours before making the juice, take oats
and keep them in water for 5 minutes.
Take a juicer put
spinach, strawberries, yogurt, soya milk ,oats, chia seeds and blend them well
together, pour the juice into glass. This juice helps to maintain the blood
sugar level in control. Drink this juice regularly to reduce high blood sugar
levels.
