Orange Juice

Raw Potato Juice: Potato juice works tremendously for diabetes as it is anti-inflammatory. Potato juice cleanse the acidity in the body. It also lowers cholesterol. Potato juice controls blood sugar levels and it is beneficial in many ways as it is a good detoxifier. Potatoes are rich in fiber and carbohydrate, they are rich in vitamin C, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and cleans liver and controls the sugar levels.

To prepare potato juice take the juicer and put potato pieces along with some water and blend them together. After that pour the potato juice into the glass. After pouring into the glass keep the glass aside for five to ten minutes so that the carbohydrate in the juice settles down later consume the juice.

Beetroot Juice: Beetroot is a super food for lowering blood sugar levels and blood pressure and in purifying blood. When we make juice of vegetables then they become ten times more rich in nutrients. Beetroot juice is rich in nitrates and increases stamina. Beetroot helps in elimination of toxins in the body

To prepare beetroot juice put beetroot pieces into the juicer along with some water and blend them well. Now filter the juice into a glass. It is a great detoxifier and keeps the blood sugar levels in control
