This is a Japanese tea which is mostly taken before bed by Japanese. The best thing about this tea is if you drink it regularly your body will remain Slim & fit. This weight loss tea makes your metabolism fast and helps digestion.

People with slow metabolism do not digest food properly and body produces excessive fat.

First of all you will need oranges and have to extract the juice of oranges. You will need one cup orange juice.
Then we will need carrot Juice. Remember to use red carrot juice not orange ones.

Lastly we will need half lemon.

The process of making this tea is first of all put one cup freshly extracted orange juice in saucepan.

Turn on the heat after that add half cup of carrot juice .

Wash oranges properly then add one table spoon of orange peel into the pan.

Boil it on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes, then turn off the flame and add half a lemon in the pan.
