Spread some rice flour on lemon and gently rub on your elbows for a few minutes, you can also extract the juice of one lemon and mix it with one tablespoon of honey.

Apply it on the affected areas and leave it on for 20 minutes then wash the mixture off with water follow either of these remedies once daily for a couple of weeks.

After applying lemon juice avoid sun exposure for the next three hours as lemon has natural bleaching as well as exfoliating properties also it has a high amount of vitamin C that helps clear away dead skin cells and lighten skin tone. It can also promote re- growth of healthy skin cells.

Yogurt Turmeric and Lemon Pack:  To make this pack take one teaspoon of yogurt, a pinch of turmeric powder and one teaspoon of lemon juice mix them together to make a smooth paste.

Apply the pack on your elbows and let it stay for 10 minutes wash off with plain water. You can apply this pack every day, yogurt contains lactic acid that helps lighten skin color. It also cleanses and moisturizes the skin. Yogurt is high in antioxidants and acts as natural bleach.

Any paste which contains turmeric works great as a skin lightening solution turmeric has natural exfoliating and bleaching properties which help to effectively get rid of dark patches on skin.
