Spread some rice flour
on lemon and gently rub on your elbows for a few minutes, you can also extract
the juice of one lemon and mix it with one tablespoon of honey.
Apply it on the affected
areas and leave it on for 20 minutes then wash the mixture off with water

After applying lemon
