Vitamin E & Banana Mask: Take one ripe banana put it in a mixer jar and make a smooth
paste of creamy consistency.
Then take banana paste,
1 tsp of coconut oil, 1 capsule of vitamin E oil and 2 teaspoons of yogurt.
Mix them together your
hair mask is ready. Apply this mask starting at roots to the ends make sure you
have covered every bit of your scalp and hair.
Put on a shower cap around
your head leave this on for about 30 minutes.
Then rinse your hair
thoroughly with cold water. Once the mask is all out shampoo your hair with a
mild shampoo.
You may not need to
condition your hair.

Vitamin E & Coconut Oil: To make this hair oil take 1 tablespoon of Amla (Indian Gooseberry) hair oil and one
tablespoon of coconut hair oil.
After that warm the oil
by placing the bowl in hot water and then add two capsules of vitamin E oil mix
it well.
The oil is ready to use
you can also add aloe vera gel in this oil.
Part your hair into
section and then apply the oil to the scalp so that the roots of the hair are
coated with oil with help of your fingertips.
Gently massage your scalp
in circular motion to improve blood circulation and leave the oil on your scalp
overnight for best results. Next morning wash it off with mild shampoo.
Vitamin E & Almond Soap: You will need two capsules of vitamin E oil, one tablespoon of
almond powder and one small bar of soap.
Now take a soap bar and
cut it into cubes alternatively you can also grate the soap using a grater.
Melt the soap in a
microwave or on a gas stove using a double boiler method meanwhile take a plastic
container and grease it using a petroleum jelly.
Now add one tablespoon of
almond powder and two capsules of vitamin E oil in the melted soap.
Mix them together pour
the mixture in a container and freeze it for one hour. After an hour remove the
soap and it is ready to use.

damage cells it makes the nerves stronger and helps in nourishing your skin
