is really bad and damaged due to some environmental factors like sun exposure
and heavy pollution then you have to change skin care routine
There are
some natural skincare routine which works really best for skin.
Honey: First
step is using honey to nourish your skin since it's the first step you have to
do this in the morning before shower. All you have to do is just take some
organic honey and applied to your clean face with help of a cotton ball. Leave
it on for about 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it off with cool water.
To use this
as a face mask add 1 TSP of banana paste to honey and apply it on your face. This
will give you an instant glow and bright skin.

Honey
absorbs the impurities from the skin pores and act as a cleansing agent and
since it's a natural antiseptic it also soothes and heals your skin it helps
treat your acne caused by bacterial infections and also aid in treating dark
spots and scars left behind.
It
moisturizes the top layer of the skin and this extra moisture can help improve
wrinkles it also soothes dry and irritated skin.
Next step is
using rice cubes, but you have to do this during night time before going to bed
after a long tiring day you have to pamper your skin with natural rice cubes.
Rice: To
make rice cubes first take about half a cup of rice and wash them thoroughly
and soak them in water for about one to two hours. After that strain the
water and fill an ice cube tray with it and freeze it for 4 to 5 hours.
When they
are frozen remove one ice cube and gently rub it on your skin massage it in a
circular motion for 5 to 10 minutes and then wash it off with water.
You will
instantly notice a fresh glow on your face. This helps to improve blood
circulation on your skin and it also helps to minimize the appearance of pores
and tighten your skin.
With regular
use you will notice your skin feeling soft tight and radiant but just use one
or two ice cubes daily not more than that.
If your skin
is dry or sensitive then skip this part wrap an ice cube in a thin cotton cloth
and use this.
This last
and most important step after using rice cubes. After rice cube massage, apply
fresh aloe vera gel to naturally moisturize your skin. If you are not able to
use fresh aloe vera gel every day, use any aloe vera gel available in the market but
make sure it is pure and organic, and, if you are allergic to aloe vera then
you can use any good moisturizer.
Aloe
moisturizes the skin and it also helps remove dead cells from your skin. Aloe
vera improves the elasticity of skin and makes it smoother and more supple.
It prevents
premature signs of aging like wrinkles and fine lines.

steps daily for at least one week to notice a difference. If you really notice a
