Rice - Tips for Glowing Skin |
Take a glass
of water and add about half a cup of rice.
Boil them on
a low medium flame, cook them until they become tender and soft.
Once they
are cooked properly and become soft, mash them to a fine paste.
Take about 2
teaspoons of rice paste and add 1 to 2 teaspoons of warm milk, 1 teaspoon of
honey and one capsule of vitamin E oil. Mix them well.
Apply the
paste on to your face with help of a brush or with your fingertips. Leave it on
for 20 minutes, and then rinse off with cool water.
